What will my first time in your gym be like?

Your first time in, we want you to feel comfortable. One of our awesome coaches will greet you and show you around.  A typical session starts with a briefing of the training for the day. We will talk about the intention and focus of the workout . Then we will complete a general warm-up which will build into a workout specific warm-up and review of the skills and scales for the workout. After the warm-up it’s time to workout! We wrap the session with a general cool-down, fist bumps, and smiles!
