Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for your current fitness level. Here are the services we offer:
- Personal Training: 30-60 minute exercise sessions 1 on 1 with a coach specifically tailored to your goals
- Skill Sessions: 30 to 60 minute sessions 1 on 1 with a coach to work on a specific movement or skill. This is a great service when you are trying to develop your first pull-up, ring muscle-up, or breakdown technical lifts like the Snatch.
- Individualized Programming: Programs written to suit your personal goals, needs, and abilities. We write personalized programs that range from strength cycles, to skill progressions, and all the way up to yearly full competitive programs for the sport of CrossFit.
