Ryan grew up playing sports at an early age, if it had a scoreboard and a ball – Ryan was drawn to it. In high school he played football and basketball and also competed in the state weightlifting tournament his senior year. After high school, he quickly was pulled into recreational sports at Kennesaw State University where he was part of 2 national championship winning flag football teams.
After a few years of inactivity, Ryan wanted to get back into the fitness world and a close friend recommended he try CrossFit. His first class ever was 50-40-30-20-10 on the assault bike (which he didn’t finish and Emily had to carry me off the assault bike!). Since then he’s been hooked and became a Terminus regular. 4 years into his journey he decided to become a member of the coaching staff to help others reach their goals.
Ryan is the local hype man at Terminus always motivating members to push for that extra rep or hold on with a few seconds left. He’s thankful for the support he received especially as a new member and hopes to pass on that same support he received to those who our new to our community.
