Here's exactly what your 3 classes look like.
Class 1
You'll show up, meet your coach, and jump into a real class. Your coach will walk you through every movement before you do it, adjust the workout to what you can do today, and keep an eye on you the whole way through. You'll leave knowing you can do this.
Class 2
You're back. By now you know where to park, where to put your stuff, and what to expect when you walk in. The coach on the floor will pick up where class 1 left off, and you'll start to feel the rhythm of how Terminus actually trains.
Class 3
You've done the work. By now you've met the community, you've learned the basics, and you know whether this feels like a fit. After class, a coach will pull you aside for a quick conversation about your goals and whether Terminus makes sense as a next step. No pressure, no sales pitch. Just an honest read on where you're at.
